Bringing global mobility kind of to a whole new level of how we partner with all of our teams, how we kind of make the best experience for everyone. And knowing that a lot of what we do are a really life changing event. Right. And so, I think that's really, you know, part for me that I think kind of motivates all of the hard work that we put in.
